Hammersley Homes is staffed by a small multi-skilled team of hardworking employees and volunteers who are scattered about the region supporting our clients, either working remotely and/or office based.   Our Office Administrators will be our linchpins, working with the Office Manager to help the team communicate and work with each other, providing a regular office presence and point of contact for our clients, partners and staff.

We are looking for caring and empathetic volunteers to assist our Outreach Members to maintain contact with the outside world and help relieve some of the loneliness and bring some fun and pleasure to their lives.

The Volunteer Outreach Home Visitor will visit members their own homes or in community settings. We are looking for caring an empathetic individuals to assist members of our Outreach Programme to maintain contact with the outside world, to help relieve some of the loneliness and bring some fun and pleasure in to their lives.
