A mental health charity has been granted more than £430,000 to support vulnerable adults. Lymington-based Hammersley Homes has been awarded £439,226 in National Lottery funding, which will help expand its outreach programme through Hampshire and beyond.
The Office Manager will provide efficient and responsive administrative support to our charity which is dedicated to supporting adults with enduring mental illness, and their families and carers.
17 fabulous prizes, including a week in Morocco, a set of 8 Botanical Prints, a box of Neom treats, and lots more.
The Outreach Home Visitor will visit clients in their own homes or in community settings. Some aspects of the role can be completed working from home or from the Hammersley Home office which is located in Lymington.

As we begin a New Year, we would like to thank everyone who continues to support and engage with the work of Hammersley Homes.
Wow! It has certainly been a busy few months here at Hammersley Homes. Since our last newsletter, we have taken the people we support to activity days, been a part of some incredible events and, as always, been doing a lot of successful fundraising.
