Happy Volunteer Week! ❤️
Our outreach volunteers are the heart of our charity, without their generosity and kindness we would not be able to offer such an amazing service to our members.
They make a difference every time they visit or pick up the phone to support others in need offering their time and companionship, we are so grateful and we thank them all for being so fantastic!
Thank you to our amazing volunteers
A message from Sarah Hannant, CEO of Hammersley Homes
Happy Volunteers’ Week!
I want to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of our incredible volunteers. At Hammersley Homes, we wouldn’t be able to achieve our mission without their dedication and unwavering support.
On the Frontlines, our Outreach Programme thrives thanks to their commitment. Whether it is providing regular visits, offering remote support calls, and fostering connections with our members, their work makes a profound difference. The efforts of our behind the scenes volunteers are equally vital, helping us to ensure the smooth operation of our organisation, allowing us to focus on supporting our members and raising awareness.
Thank you to all of our volunteers! The connections you build, the practical assistance you offer, and the unwavering encouragement you provide are truly transformative and inspiring. For individuals facing enduring mental illness, your compassion, patience, and commitment empower them to live fulfilling and independent lives. We are incredibly fortunate to have such a dedicated team of volunteers. You are the backbone of Hammersley Homes, and your contributions are invaluable.
Thank You!
